Drew Barrymore discovered an unusual sleeping position during pregnancy that she still uses now
‘Drew Barrymore Show’ host Olive, 12, and Frankie, 10 are her daughters.

Although Drew Barrymore gave birth to her two daughters over ten years ago, she found her favorite sleeping position while she was pregnant.
“Like I’m still pregnant, I sleep with a body pillow,” the 49-year-old talk show presenter and actress tells PEOPLE.
Barrymore, who understands the value of restful sleep, joined Rest in November as an official “Sleep Wellness Advocate” for the bedding company.

“It can feel not just difficult but impossible to be a mother, a businesswoman, and someone whose mind is always racing,” she said. “Being unable to fall asleep, I would either stay up staring at the ceiling or toss and turn throughout the night.”
Barrymore went on, “Thanks to hormones, I’ve been a bit of a hot sleeper lately, which has a big impact on how well I sleep and whether I can stay asleep through the night without waking up. Or whether I can even get back to sleep if I do.

The mother, who has two girls with her ex-husband Will Kopelman, Frankie, 10, and Olive, 12, said that sleeping in a cool place had been a “game-changer.”
“Using cooling bedding has made my sleep environment absolutely perfect, even though I’ve always preferred sleeping in a cooler room,” she remarked. “It prepares me for deeper, more peaceful sleep.”
The host of the Drew Barrymore Show claimed that since she started sleeping under the company’s Evercool Cooling Comforter, she has “never slept better.”
