Gwyneth proved that you can have perfect skin at 50. The artist went for a walk in a natural way

Gwyneth Paltrow looked youthful as ever while enjoying a morning stroll with a friend in the Hamptons on Tuesday.

The 50-year-old Oscar winner appeared to be make-up-free as she chatted with a male friend in the chilly weather.

The fresh-faced beauty showed off the results of her healthy living routine as she put her natural complexion on display under a multi-coloured beanie hat.

The fashion entrepreneur kept warm in a black down jacket, flared-leg jeans and sneakers.

Her friend was also dressed for warmth in a blue sweater and fleece under a black jacket.

He also wore a beanie, sunglasses, khaki pants and rubber boots.

Paltrow previously gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at her morning wellness and beauty routine, which included everything from transcendental meditation with her husband Brad Falchuk to slathering on her favorite Goop skincare products.

The lifestyle guru gave fans a look at her bathroom as she detailed her typical morning in a new video for Vogue, explaining that she believes ‘beauty and wellness are inextricably linked.’

Gwyneth said she typically starts the day with a healthy smoothie to make sure she has ‘a little protein’ before her morning workout.

The actress then demonstrated how she dry brushes her entire body using her Goop Beauty G.Tox Ultimate Dry Brush ($20), though she didn’t mention the name of the brand.

‘It’s a really nice way to start the day, just centered and kind of letting the mind empty out,’ she said.

When it was time for her to start her skincare routine, she used her GOOPGLOW Microderm Instant Glow Exfoliator ($125), insisting she ‘can’t live without.’

‘I’m a massive exfoliating junkie,’ she admitted.

Once her skin was exfoliated, she applied Vintner’s Daughter Active Botanical Serum ($185), saying it’s an ‘unbelievable serum.’

‘It’s incredible to know that there are clean non-toxic products that are really efficacious and really work wonders on your skin,’ she added.

Gwyneth said that when she has a special occasion (or is battling a hangover) she uses Jillian Dempsey Hydrating Eye Masks ($75).

‘Sometimes I walk around the house with these on. My kids make fun of me,’ she admitted. ‘What else is new.’

While she was wearing her eye masks, she ran the Jillian Dempsey Gold Sculpting Bar ($195) over her skin.

‘It vibrates — don’t get any ideas,’ she joked suggestively.

Gwyneth is known for her dedication to health and wellness, but she insisted she wasn’t that into skincare where she was younger.

‘I was not a person who ever had a skincare routine as a teenager,’ she said. ‘My daughter [Apple] does, but I was very much a tomboy. So this skincare thing has come to me later in life.’

Gwyneth also recently opened up about the process of aging, and the confidence she still holds despite celebrating her 50th birthday last month in September.

When talking to CBS News, the talented star expressed that when she was younger, ‘I thought, you know, 50 is, like, you’re dead at that point!’

However, the actress revealed that she felt there should be ease and less pressure when turning a certain age. ‘As a woman, you turn 50 and maybe we all give ourselves permission to be exactly who we are,’ she explained to the outlet.

‘And we stop trying to be what other people are expecting us to be, and you kind of exhale into this other thing.’

Gwyneth’s popular wellness and lifestyle brand, Goop, was initially launched in 2008, and the star has devoted her time towards building up the company.

During an interview with Sunday Today in June, the star revealed that she doesn’t have a desire to jump back into the entertainment industry anytime soon. Instead, she would rather put her focus on business.

‘I really don’t miss it at all,’ she admitted. ‘I think I’m so lucky that I got to do it, and I’m sure I still will at some point.’

Along with Apple, Gwyneth also shares her son, Moses, 16, with her ex-husband, Coldplay lead singer, Chris Martin. Their divorce was finalized in 2016.

She is also a stepmother to her current husband, Brad Falchuk’s, two children, Brody and Isabella.

The actress opened up to People this week saying it was ‘truly horrifying’ sending her daughter off to college.

‘I was sick to my stomach, bursting into tears,’ she added. ‘I see her, but not as much as I’d like. I’d like to see her every day, but I’m so happy for her. She’s doing great.’
