How Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were strengthened by controversy
The bond between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle has truly had to overcome all obstacles, including their separation from the royal family.
Upon initial observation, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle appeared to be on a standard royal trip in Nigeria. During their May tour, local officials treated them like royalty.
She dressed in a dozen different ways, each with a microanalysis of its own. And there was the obligatory tribute to Princess Diana story regarding Meghan’s olive-green blazer worn over an all-white outfit on the plane ride home.
However, Harry and Meghan were unquestionably not on royal business; their choice to withdraw from these obligations in 2020 resulted in a de facto severing of relations, initially with the organization and, more startlingly, with Harry’s.
Adversity, of course, is probably not the word most would use to describe Harry and Meghan’s experiences. In theory, they are still the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and they are still wealthy and well-known.
Even though they were born without titles, their three-year-old Lilibet and five-year-old Archie are now considered prince and princesses by the current queen. However, six years had passed since Meghan’s father was missing and King Charles III escorted her down the aisle.
Despite their success as migrants to California, she and Harry continue to face criticism from certain quarters for everything they do. It seemed as though they had never left England.
