How supportive and dedicated can be an eagle mom she defends her kids even when she covered with heavy snow
It was always obvious that moms always protect their kids no matter the conditions and situations.
And this story is about one of this kind of situations but this time about a mother eagle not dogs or cats.
This mom was in heavy snow, but she did not fly away, she stayed with her little kids and heated them with her warmth.
The bald eagles called Bella and Smitty returned to their nest, and it is almost 10 years since that period.
Some video cameras were placed closed to the nest and all their motions were recorded.
And this year was very stressful for all the viewers as the nest was not very safe and warm and was covered with snow, thus mom could not properly move.
In general, most of the time, females sit on the nest to protect kids and father eagles go to hunt and find some food for the family.
No difference what is going on around, how cold it is or how uncomfortable anyway mom’s sit and warm their kids,
this time because of the heavy snow she opened her wings to protect her kids from cold and snow.
Her kids must have been born after a week, no more, so she waited.
