Isabella Strahan posts Bahamas bikini photos one year after finishing radiation treatment for brain tumor
Isabella uploaded pictures from the beautiful Bahamas with her twin sister Sophia.
More than a year after receiving a diagnosis and treatment for a malignant brain tumor, Isabella Strahan is enjoying life to the fullest.
On Friday, December 27, the 20-year-old model posted pictures of herself and her sister Sophia from The Albany resort in the Bahamas.
The photos show Strahan wearing a black flowery bikini and hoop earrings while strolling and posing on the sandy beach.
“And we’re back,” wrote the daughter of Jean Muggli and Michael Strahan, who were once together.Strahan started having excruciating headaches and even regurgitated blood in October 2023. She had an MRI at her father’s insistence, and the results showed that she had medulloblastoma, a malignant brain tumor, in her cerebellum.
She had surgery to remove the mass a few weeks later on October 27, the day before her 19th birthday. After that, Strahan documented every stage of the six-week radiation treatment. She joyously rang the bell to mark the conclusion of her radiation treatment in December.
While undergoing chemotherapy, Strahan continued to wear her head shaved for the family’s 2023 vacation in the Bahamas.Setbacks, such as unanticipated craniotomies (surgeries) that delayed her treatment and negative reactions to chemotherapy, hampered her rehabilitation in the months that followed.
Eight months after her diagnosis, and with a great deal of tenacity, Strahan completed chemotherapy in June 2024. She and Sophia performed a TikTok dance to Bryson’s “Let Em’ Know” in celebration.
