Julianne Hough, a professional dancer and actress, is stunning on the inside and out. Throughout her career, the former Dancing With the Stars judge has maintained her physical strength.

So, of course, she always looks amazing in a biкini, and her fans know it!

Several times over the years, the blonde babe has been spotted hanging out at a beach or by a pool, either with family and friends or while working on a film.

Julianne was photographed with costar Diego Boneta filming a scene from the musical adaptation Rock of Ages in 2011.

Because the actors played the leads, Sherrie and Drew, they worked on a sеxy yet adorable scene between the two lovers on a California beach.

And, as a professional dancer, Julianne’s abs were on full display whenever she walked through the ocean or lay on the sand.

However, as she explained in an August 2015 interview with Yahoo! Life, the Footloose actress is not always “100 percent confident in [her] body” all of the time.

“I still look in the mirror and say, ‘Thank you, Grandma, for giving me my thighs!” Julianne agreed. “But it’s all in your head at the same time. If you love your body, your body will love you back.

When you see yourself, you can spend all day picking pictures apart… So I’ve had to train myself to look at a picture without saying,

‘Do I look decent in it?’ but ‘That’s a fantastic picture in general.'”

The Safe Haven actress went on to say that she wants “girls to know they have the power within themselves to be happy and feel great.”

While she has time to unwind, the professional dancer has had to deal with the body image pressures that come with athleticism and, naturally, fame.

Julianne opened up about how strenuous her active lifestyle had become in an August 2021 interview with Shape magazine.

“I think what I’ve realized over the years as an athlete and a dancer is that there has always been such a focus on performance and a perfect body and all of those things,

but I really never gave myself the opportunity to heal and recover,” the choreographer explained.

Despite the challenges, Julianne stated that she is “now able to focus on the rejuvenation of [her] body,” which “has helped open [her] mind in a way because there’s nothing like being in physical pain to the point where it changes your belief system of what’s possible.”

“So, if we care for our bodies, our minds improve,” she concluded at the time. “When we take care of our minds, our bodies improve.”
