Five people are charged in Liam Payne’s d eath investigation! The late One Direction singer’s fatal fall
The music sensation passed away on October 16 after plummeting from an Argentine hotel’s third-floor balcony.

Authorities in Argentina have prosecuted five individuals in relation to the death of Liam Payne at the CasaSur hotel in Buenos Aires on October 16.
A press release issued by Argentina’s National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor’s Office on Monday, December 30 states that Payne’s friend “RLN,” the hotel’s manager “GAM,” and its receptionist “ERG”—whom the BBC says are Gilda Martin, Esteban Grassi, and Roger Nores—have been charged with manslaughter following the One Direction alum’s death at age 31 from a fall from a hotel balcony at the third floor.

“EDP,” a hotel worker, and “BNP,” a waiter, who the BBC says are Ezequiel Pereyra and Braian Paiz, have been accused with drug supply, according to the prosecutor’s office.
The prosecutor’s office statement claims that “BNP” is suspected of supplying cocaine to Payne twice on October 14 and that “EDP” is accused of selling him cocaine on October 15 and 16.

“RLN” has been charged with manslaughter, according to the statement, after allegedly “failing to fulfill his duties of care, assistance and help” towards Payne after he “abandoned him” knowing that he had “multiple addictions.” For allegedly failing to stop Payne from being transported to his hotel room shortly before he passed away, “GAM” is facing manslaughter charges.
