In her bikini mirror selfie, Valerie Bertinelli hints at the madness my body has been through this year

Valerie Bertinelli’s physique is being embraced.
The 64-year-old former Food Network star shared a mirror photo on Instagram and talked about how she felt accepted by her body in spite of the difficult experiences it had over the previous 12 months.
Bertinelli, wearing a black two-piece, was seen in the picture taking a picture of herself without makeup, putting a box of hair color dye up to the camera, and wearing her hair down. Her glasses were folded on the counter and she seemed to be standing in front of a bathroom sink.
She said as the photo’s caption, “I will talk about the madness my body has been through this year at some point.” “But right now, every lump, bump, wrinkle, and sagging part of me just feels accepted and simply grateful to be standing in front of a mirror in a downtown Manhattan hotel bathroom late on a Monday night, ready to color my roots.”
She just posted on her Instagram Stories about a wound she had in a fall, and this post comes a few days later. She made a silly face for the camera while displaying a close-up of her bandaged knee.
