Zaya Wade Westbrook’s 15 yea old child seeks a legal title change
As per court records received by The Blitz, Dwyane Wade, 40, requested that his 15yearold daughter Zaya’s gender and her name be legally altered.
According to the publication, the father of four stated that the modification was made “to conform with gender identification.”
Additionally, he took sure to mention that, in accordance with their custody agreement, he “hasbeen a real good situation on behalf of
the “petitioning minor” and is not reliant on Siohvaughn Funches’ consent.
According to the rules of the Final Possession Judgment, Wilson is not needed to get Ms. Funches-approval Wade’s in order to make
decisions on behalf of the petitioning child; instead, he has complete authority to do so.
Therefore, it is our responsibility as mothers to listen to our children and provide them the best data and feedback we can, he continued,
“and that won’t start changing now, when our baby comes home with just an inquiry, when our kid returns home with a matter, when our child returns home with something.”
Zaya’s father went on to say that his granddaughter had requested that he and his wife begin to use the pronouns she and her.
She reportedly informed her parents, “I would want for you people to call me Zaya,” as per Dwyane.
