According to a new documentary, Matthew Perry allegedly received 27 ketamine shots prior to his untimely d eath
“Matthew Perry: A Hollywood Tragedy,” a recent Peacock documentary, explores the circumstances surrounding Perry’s October 2023 drug death.
The amount of ketamine purportedly present in the actor’s body before his death is revealed in Matthew Perry: A Hollywood Tragedy.
Matthew Perry’s life is chronicled in the new Peacock documentary until his unintentional overdose death on October 28, 2023. The Friends star had 27 shots of ketamine in his last three days, which the documentary says is why he had “high levels of ketamine” in his system, according to his postmortem report.
In the documentary, Martin Estrada, the former United States Attorney for the State of California Central District who started the investigation into Perry’s death, claims that Dr. [Salvador] Plasencia is allegedly giving ketamine to a live-in assistant who has no medical training at all. The live-in assistant is also giving ketamine to a person whose risk factors are extremely high.
According to Estrada, Plasencia “had numerous red flags that were flashing in front of him” in mid-October, but he allegedly persisted in injecting Perry unlawfully.
He claims that Dr. Plasencia would set up meetings with Mr. Perry at various locations in order to supply the ketamine. He gives them ketamine in the back of a car when they first meet in a Long Beach parking lot.
