On Aug. 17, two months after welcoming her fourth kid, the model shared a candid selfie from her most recent breаst exam on Instagram.
Chrissy Teigen, 37, made sure her health was in order during her most recent doctor’s appointment on August 17! The brunette beauty shared a topless selfie on Instagram in the midst of her recent ultrasound and mammography.
She was dressed entirely in black bottoms and a matching black medical face mask. Chrissy looked to go makeup-free and pulled her golden locks back. Her arm and orange-manicured hand were prominently used to hide her chеst.
“Reminder: mammogram/boob ultrasound!” When else can you perceive your boob as a one-inch steak? “Ultrasound also comes with free titty lotion for the entire day!!” she joked in the selfie caption.
The mother-of-four also mentioned in the comments that she had “both an ultrasound and a mammogram!” that day. According to the CDC, both procedures are frequently used to screen individuals for early signs of breаst cancer.
Many of Chrissy’s 42.4 million followers reacted in the comments section shortly after she uploaded the topless shot. Many of them also expressed gratitude to her for raising awareness about breаst exams.

The photo from the doctor’s office follows the birth of Chrissy’s son, Wren Alexander Stephens, through surrogate on June 19. Her infant was born barely five months after the 37-year-old gave birth to Esti, her and John Legend’s third child.
