Don’t do it! Britney has to beg fans

On Feb. 21, nearly one month after slamming her fans for calling the cops on her house, Britney Spears took to Instagram and asked fans not to ‘call the cops’ if she ‘closes down’ her account again.

Britney Spears, 41, returned to Instagram one week after dancing in a lime green mini dress to show off some of her own dress creations. While wearing a sultry pink ensemble,

the pop icon also asked her fans not to call the cops if she deleted her Instagram account again.

“I just want you to know, guys, if I shut down my Instagram, don’t call the cops,” she begged her 41.7 million followers in the video. She also captioned the post with a message that appeared to be for her parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears.

“Keep it humble out there, y’all!!!” Hello, mommy and daddy, have you heard that I am now a celebrity??? “Keep going, peeps…” Britney wrote.

Many of the “Hold Me Closer” hitmaker’s fans responded to the star’s post in the comments section of a fan re-post of the same clip.

“Has she always sounded this way? “Is it a bit or something?” one fan wondered in response to Britney’s apparent British accent, while another added,

“She’s speaking with a British brogue.” A third fan stated that the blonde beauty’s most recent video left them speechless. “I don’t even have words for this……,” they wrote, accompanied by a laughing emoji.

Some of Brit’s fans praised her for creating her own dresses. “I’m in love with this. I thought it was awesome that she made her own dress. This is hilarious.

Never be a roller coaster!!” they exclaimed, quoting the popstar at the end. Another Britney Army member compared her video to a couple of popular TV shows in a separate comment. “She’s giving me ‘Office’ meets ‘New Girl’ vibes, and I’m loving it,” the fan joked.

Britney’s remark about the cops comes nearly a month after she accused her fans of going “too far” in their concern for her. “As everyone is aware, the police were called to my house due to some prank phone calls.

“I love and adore my fans, but things went a little too far this time, and my privacy was invaded,” she wrote in a lengthy Twitter post on Jan. 26.

“The police never entered my home, and when they arrived at my gate, they quickly realized there was no problem and left.” Police stated that they “did not believe she was in any kind of harm or danger,” prompting the mother of two to speak out.

“I felt gaslighted and bullied once the incident made the news and I was portrayed in a poor and unfair light by the media,” she continued.

“During this time in my life, I truly hope the public and my fans who I care so much about can respect my privacy moving forward. Best wishes, B.” After 13 years under her father’s care, the Crossroads star’s conservatorship ended on November 12, 2021.

Since then, there have been numerous reports about Britney’s health, which have been widely publicized by her fan base. Sam Asghari, her husband,

has even spoken out about the reports, claiming that he “doesn’t even control” what they eat for dinner, let alone his wife.
