In a combat situation a generous man identified as the cat man of Syria loses his life to look after over 200 orphaned kittens

Raqqa, Syrian, is currently one of the most hazardous cities on the earth.
While many inhabitants fled their houses to avoid the fighting, one individual stayed to care for dozens of stray and discarded cats.
He is known as “Aleppo’s cat guy.”

Mohammad Ahmed al Aljalee began looking for orphaned cats when individuals fleeing the bombs went to leave their pets with him, knowing how much he adores cats.
As the fight raged on, even more, terrified animals approached him. They required food and security, and Mohammad was delighted to assist them.

He had roughly 20 kittens at the beginning, but a year later, the number of feline refugees in his shelter had surpassed a hundred.
“Once upon a time, a little girl gave me a kitten,” Mohammad recounts. “Her family was about to go to Turkey when they came to me.”

They were aware that it was a cat hospital. When she handed me the cat, the child sobbed. I took a picture of this kitty and emailed it to her the day after.
And she wrote that she loved her and begged that I pledge to return the kitten to her when they returned.”

Animals are becoming Mohammad’s sole pals in the city as all of his buddies have departed Aleppo.
