The actress posted the statement, “There is so much on the line this election,” on Instagram on Saturday, November 2.

It has been revealed that Chloë Grace Moretz is a “gay woman.”

In an Instagram post on her early 2024 election voting experience, the 27-year-old actress disclosed her sexual orientation on Friday, November 1.

A photo of a voting sticker with the words “I voted early 2024” in red, white, and blue was included in her message.

Moretz said, “I voted early and I voted for Kamala Harris,” as the caption for the photo. “There is so much on the line this election.”

The Nimona actress went on to explain why she supported Kamala Harris, the Democratic nominee for president.
“I believe the government has no right over my body as a woman, and that the decisions over my body should come ONLY from myself and my doctor,” she stated. “Kamala Harris will protect that for us.”

Harris, 60, was commended by the actress for her advocacy for the LGBTQIA+ community. “I believe in the need for legal protections that protects the LGBTQ+ community as a gay woman,” she stated. “We need protections in this country and to have access to the care we need and deserve.”

At the end of her tweet, Moretz urged her more than 24 million followers on the social media site to plan to cast their ballots.
