Jenna Dewan, a skilled dancer, has always had one of the greatest figures in Hollywood. As a consequence, The Rookie star looks fantastic in a biкini!

The Step Up actress isn’t afraid to show off her ability to absolutely rock swimwеar, and she always does so with a sense of humour. Rather than taking thirst trap Instagram photographs, she’s frequently seen grinning atop a pool floatie or having a great time at the beach.
Jenna has always been active. “I began dancing when I was five years old, so I had never known life without extreme physical discipline.”

It was hours of dancing class after school, then cheerleading, then dance, completing schoolwork on the way there and home,” she told Women’s Health in October 2021.
Jenna was still highly into fitness when she and ex-husband Channing Tatum were expecting their first child in 2013. “I wouldn’t call myself less active. “However, there were fewer dance classes and more exercise classes and hiking,” she told the publication.

“I was crazy about working out throughout my pregnancy,” the actress continued. JJ Dancer, the trainer I was working with at the time, would just laugh at me in the back as I did all the twerking and popping with my enormous pregnant belly. It was fantastic.”
“The focus is muscle training with Pilates, plus hiking with friends,” Jenna explained now that she’s in her 40s. “I converted my garage into a gym.” I use the Mirror [an interactive smart gym] for a lot of my workouts, and I have a Soul Cycle bike.

I also have frequent Zoom privates with my Pilates instructor, Kim Carruthers. “She’s my secret weapon and how I keep my muscles in shape,” she told the magazine.
The Supergirl alum has been eating a plant-based diet for years and is quite serious about eating clean. “I consider eating healthy to be a way of life because it makes me feel better, plain and simple,” she stated in 2017.
