When asked by Entertainment Tonight if her family, which consists of mother Goldie Hawn, stepfather Kurt Russell, and siblings Oliver Hudson, Boston Russell, and Wyatt Russell, would ever consider a stint on reality television, Kate, 45, gave an honest response while at the Los Angeles premiere of her new Netflix comedy series Running Point.

Even if her family doesn’t seem to be interested in a reality show, Kate still shared her most recent project with her loved ones. In it, she plays Isla Gordon, a woman who is unexpectedly given the role of managing her family’s professional basketball team, the Los Angeles Waves. Brenda Song plays Isla’s best friend and the team’s chief of staff.

On Kate and Oliver’s podcast, Sibling Revelry, Song, 36, disclosed that Kate even introduced her to their well-known mother. “You don’t get it, Oliver.
