2 years after separating a lost stray dog is reunited with a beloved one
After being spotted by neighborhood volunteers, animal named Poakita was transferred to the Arca Animal Sanctuary in Argentine.
The destitute girl walked the city looking for shelter and food. Pakita was taken care of by Silvia Pinto, a sanctuary worker.
“I noticed the dog was friendly. Her sorrowful eyes betrayed her anguish. “If some animals be part of that, Pakita stayed closed and refused to interact with humans,” Silvia explains.
The shy girl was given up for adoption in order for her healing and socializing to go more quickly.
But, time passed and no one tried to adopt a lovely dog with a cocoa coat. It’s been more than 2 days.
“People would rather adopt pups or little dogs.” “It’s quite difficult to place somebody like Pakita in competent hands,” Silvia explains.
However, the staff of the compassionate society were soon in for a shock. They seemed to have no idea Pakita had a very special owner who she adored, thus she was continuously sad.
So when volunteers posted another photo of the sad girl on their fb page in the hopes to find potential adopted families, they got a call from a woman.
“She was overjoyed and informed us that Pakita is her son’s dog.” “All this time they were seeking for her and were desperate,
but thankfully they spotted the article and instantly called us,” Sylvia explains.
