Victoria Canal has spoken out after rumors started swirling that she was dating Tom Cruise.
Canal took to social media to address the long-standing rumors about her dating one of Hollywood’s biggest stars, Tom Cruise.
The 25-year-old, who is 37 years younger than her alleged new lover, was seemingly bemused over how she became a hot talking point and even made international headlines through media outlets such as Page Six, Daily Mail, and E! Online after photos of the pair at various events started circulating online.
A source even told The Sun that Canal was invited to the set of Cruise’s Mission: Impossible 8 movie stating: “Tom invited Victoria to watch him film for the whole day and that is just not something he does for his random friends.
It might have seemed unlikely that they would become anything more than friends but they are pretty much inseparable.
“They have been seeing a lot of one another and Victoria is beautiful. It’s all been happening in plain sight,” they added.
Taking to Instagram, the singer-songwriter posted a selfie of herself with a hand clasped over her mouth in shock as well as a series of screenshots from some of the outlets alongside a lengthy message for her followers – and she shut down those claims real quick.
