This year’s Whoopi Goldberg birthday treat was both bittersweet and memorable.
The TV personality said that the bakery that produced her birthday treats first refused to take her order, speculating that it was due to her political beliefs, while celebrating her 69th birthday on The View on Wednesday, November 13. This assertion was later refuted by the company, which the host declined to identify but which Entertainment Weekly identified as Holtermann’s Bakery.
