Brown was 20 and Bongiovi was 22 when they got married in May 2024. The Stranger Things actress talked about her decision to marry young in a recent Vanity Fair cover story, recalling the preparation and consideration that went into the couple’s “important decision.”
In the interview, which was released on Wednesday, February 12, she said, “We discussed our political beliefs, the type of family we wish to start, the type of house we want to live in, the type of relationship we’re seeking, and the type of careers we want.”
“It’s such an important decision, and we wanted to make sure we were making the right one,” Brown said. “I was aware of it. With him, it always felt natural.
The model-actor, who is Jon Bon Jovi’s second-born son, and the Enola Holmes star have been married for eight months. The actress told Vanity Fair that she has discovered that “loving someone and being in love are two different things.”
