At the 2025 SAG Awards, Keke Palmer had a moment out of the past.
The 31-year-old actress showed up at the Los Angeles award event on Sunday, February 23, wearing a gorgeous 1985 vintage Chanel gown that had formerly belonged to Jamie Lee Curtis.
Black Armani shoes and opera gloves were worn with the figure-hugging black velvet dress, which had a detailed gold neckline. The One of Them Days actress also donned Brilliant Earth jewelry.
Palmer wore strong red lipstick for a splash of color, and her copper-red hair was cut into a voluminous bob. On February 28, 1986, Curtis, then 66, donned the dress to the First Annual American Cinematheque Award Salute to Eddie Murphy.
The Halloween actress also wore huge gold earrings and black opera gloves for the event, which was held at the Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles.
Molly Dickson, Palmer’s stylist, posted a vintage image of Curtis wearing the Chanel outfit to her Instagram Stories. Regarding Curtis’ SAG Awards ensemble, the actress wore a glittering black gown with a billowing feathered bolero that was reminiscent of the showgirl from her movie The Last Showgirl.
In the Gia Coppola-directed film, which also features Pamela Anderson, she is nominated for an award for outstanding performance by a female actor in a supporting role.
Palmer’s weekend has been somewhat exciting. The celebrity won the award for performer of the year at the NAACP Image Awards on Saturday night.
