Jason Kelce is thinking back to when his brother Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift were first dating.
The 37-year-old former Philadelphia Eagles star talked briefly about Travis and Swift’s friendship with Charles Barkley and Ernie Johnson during their Friday, February 21 episode of The Steam Room podcast.
Jason was questioned by Johnson, 68, how he first became aware of the developing romance between the pop sensation and the 35-year-old Kansas City Chiefs player. However, Jason admitted to the co-hosts that he was “forgetting the first moment.”
Jason told Johnson and Barkley, 62, that he remembered Travis’s revelation that he was “hanging out” with the 14-time Grammy winner, even though he couldn’t quite remember that first remark.
“Are you kidding me?” I recall thinking. As if you’re spending time with Taylor Swift. I mean, that’s crazy. “That’s fantastic for you,” Jason remarked. Regarding his brother’s relationship, Jason remarked, “I think this felt different.” “The way he talks about her and has talked about her since he was with her is another thing that felt different.”
Jason said, “You could tell right from the start how much he really, really liked her.”
