What a babe! Alexandra Daddario’s incredible body makes her appear amazing in swimweаr. Her roles as Summer Quinn in the 2016 Baywatch film and in the 2021 Hawaiian-set HBO anthology series White Lotus have made this clear to film and television audiences.

Alexandra’s biкini physique is so amazing that there’s a scene in White Lotus dedicated to it. Her newlywed character, Rachel Patton, finishes a conversation with fellow vacationer Olivia, played by actress Sydney Sweeney, and Alexandra removes her beach coverup to go swimming.

Olivia and her best friend’s jaws drop when they see Rachel in a swimsսit after originally condemning her over a shallow conversation.

The brunette beauty actually gained weight for her role in Baywatch. “Really, I’ve never done anything where I’ve thought about my body as much,” she said in May 2017 to Women’s Health.

“You spend the entire day in a biкini.” I even auditioned for Zac [Efron] in a swimsսit!” Alexandra was reunited with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson after playing his daughter in the 2015 mega-earthquake disaster picture, San Andreas.

“My normal workout routine, pre-Baywatch, was a lot of hot yoga,” she told the outlet. “I feel like it helps with anxiety and sleep; it was more of a mental thing.”

I started doing weight training for Baywatch, which I had never done before, and it made a significant impact. The shift I went through was incredible.”

At the time, the green-eyed beauty admitted that she did not follow a strict diet. “Being healthy has made a huge difference for me as I’ve gotten older.” It’s not about how much you eat…

it’s about eating nutritious food and eating when you’re hungry, and not overthinking it,” she told the magazine.

Alexandra is still a yoga enthusiast and frequents the gym with her Baywatch personal trainer, Patrick Murphy, where they perform light weight work and body-defining hip and glute movements like lunges and squats. However, The Layover star’s favourite workouts are those that take place outside.

“I’ve found that my body heals faster and responds better if I’m in tune with myself and can be in nature,” Alexandra told Women’s Health in a September 2022 interview. She enjoys swimming in the ocean or in her backyard pool, and she enjoys trail hiking as often as her hectic schedule permits.
