I’m feeling and seeing results thanks to a few cleverly designed fitness items.

Each new year I make a resolution to step up my fitness game. I started early for 2025 when I rediscovered P.ball, one of the tools from the Pvolve workout that Jennifer Aniston is a fan of (so much so that she partnered with the brand in 2023 with the hopes of making it as popular as “the Rachel” haircut).

After a much-needed one-on-one with Dani Coleman, Pvolve’s Director of Training and one of Aniston’s personal Pvolve trainers, I started to see what the hype was all about.

I admit, my P.ball was sitting in a corner of my office collecting dust for nearly two years because I wasn’t even sure how to use it.

Coleman gave me a quick tutorial, and after just one 20-minute workout using my P.ball, my thighs were fired up, and my fading oblique muscles were feeling like there was hope for them after all.

And I did do it more, so the next logical step was to get the entire Pvolve Signature Bundle so that when 2025 actually arrived, I would be ready to jump right into my new routine.
