Reciting the classic bring it on cheer during the screening shows Kirsten Dunst is still Captain Material
At a screening of the 2000 movie, Kirsten Dunst briefly returned to her Bring It On character as the Mighty Toros cheerleader, reciting the squad’s well-known opening cheer.
Torrance is still capable of bringing it! On August 17, Kirsten Dunst was present at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles for a showing of the teen cheering comedy Bring It On from 2000.
The actress performed the famous opening yell of the team while watching the cult favorite movie in which she portrayed captain Torrance of the Toros squad.
“Hate us ’cause we’re beautiful,” she said in a video that owners of the Rodarte fashion house Kate and Laura Mulleavy posted on Instagram. “Well, we don’t like you either,” she added. We are cheerleaders, that much is certain. “Roll call!”
A few minutes earlier, Kirsten had shocked everyone by unexpectedly showing there to introduce the film. In another video that a fan posted on Instagram, the 42-year-old can be heard telling the applauding throng, “I am T-T-T-Torrance.”
“You are the captain, Torrance! Come on, Toros!” “Oh my God, you guys, this is the craziest thing I’ve ever witnessed in my life,” the woman added. I feel so overburdened. My relatives and friends are present.
I’m going to watch with all of you. Since I was a teenager, I haven’t watched any of these films with a crowd. I feel incredibly privileged.”
