Madison posted on Instagram on Saturday, October 26, stating that she had an emergency C-section on September 27 and that her first child, with boyfriend Ryan Mitchell, had died.

The 22-year-old stated in the post, “Ryan and I held our little girl for the first and last time on the evening of September 27th, after an emergency c-section.” “We are grateful to Xiomara for giving us the most ideal angel in heaven as a child. Sweet girl, you are loved by your parents.
The actress, who originally revealed that she and Mitchell were having a child together in September, received love and support from Demi and some of the other members of the sisters’ family.

The Camp Rock star commented on Madison’s tweet, saying: “Xiomara, you have my undying love. An angel in every way possible. I will always be your aunt. Demi also added, “RIP to my beautiful, perfect niece Xiomara,” in an Instagram Stories picture. I’m so happy I was able to hold you. I will always be your aunt.
Madison was tagged, and she wrote, “I love you so much.” In the post’s comments, Dallas Lovato, another actress and the sister of the couple, expressed her love with a sonnet.
