Johnny Depp will appear as a special guest at Italian artist Andrea Bocelli’s forthcoming ‘Andrea Bocelli 30: The Celebration’ concerts on July 15, 17, and 19.

Andrea Bocelli praises Johnny Depp ahead of their impending joint musical appearance. Bocelli, 65, whose concert film Andrea Bocelli 30: The Celebration hits theaters this fall, announced on Instagram on July 3 that Depp, 61, will be a special guest for the upcoming concert series.

“A disarmingly charming actor who has brought countless iconic characters to life on the big screen, this eclectic artist’s musical talents are equally intense: a bona fide rockstar loved and applauded everywhere,” the guitarist posted on Instagram.

“I fondly recall playing and singing with Johnny Depp when he visited my home in Tuscany,” she said. “We’re happy to announce that this unexpected pairing will perform once more — and this time in public, as his fans will be thrilled to hear.”
