In case you missed it, Netflix revealed that the 32-time Grammy winner will be performing live during the NFL halftime show on Christmas Day during the Houston Texans vs. Baltimore Ravens game. At NRG Stadium, the 43-year-old will take the stage one more in her native country.
On November 17, Beyoncé hinted to the performance on her Instagram account, which was published on both Netflix and the NFL accounts. The video, which was paired to an a cappella version of her Cowboy Carter song “American Requiem,” showed her standing atop a red corvette and catching a football that was thrown from off-camera.
The singer of “Crazy in Love,” who is still in her cowboy phase, is wearing a leather outfit and a big cowboy hat in the colors of the Texans, which are the same as the Lone Star State’s flag: red, white, and blue.
