As the world’s highest-paid model, it’s no wonder that the former Keeping Up With the Kardashians star always looks stunning, whether she’s on a luxurious vacation or relaxing swimming in her backyard.
Given her unusual employment, Kendall’s travels throughout the world serve as the backdrop for the majority of her racy social media photographs.
Kenny has been modelling for years, but she got into trouble with her fellow catwalk queens in 2018 when she said she was “super selective” about which runway events she chose to appear in, especially at the start of her burgeoning career.
“I was never one of those girls who would do, like, 30 shows a season or whatever the f—k those girls do,” she told Love magazine at the time. “All power to them. But I worked a million jobs, not just on the catwalks.”
After getting reaction from industry insiders who called her “privileged” and said her views were “disrespectful,” Kendall published a statement apologising for being misquoted in the publication.
“I was misrepresented in a recent interview over the [weekend], and it’s important to clarify the meaning,” the reality star tweeted. “It was meant to be entirely complimentary, but my words were twisted and taken out of context.” I want to be really clear. My regard for my colleagues is enormous!”
“I get to experience firsthand their tireless commitment, their work ethic, the endless days, the lack of sleep, separation from family and friends, stress of travelling, the toll on physical and mental health, yet they still make it all look effortless and beautiful,” she continued in a second tweet.
Kendall concluded her series of posts by gushing about how “inspired” she is by her fellow models, noting that there is “no way” she “could ever hate” on their hard work.
