It has been 20 years since A Cinderella Story!
The film, which released on July 16, 2004, starred Hilary Duff and Chad Michael Murray as Sam and Austin, a modern-day Cinderella and Prince Charming. Jennifer Coolidge and Regina King starred in the revised version of the famous tale, in addition to the iconic adolescents.
Shortly before the film’s release, the pink carpet was rolled out, and the actors, together with a number of distinguished celebrity guests, celebrated the premiere in Los Angeles. Take a look at some of the most memorable photographs from the carpet two decades later!

Austin Ames, played by Chad Michael Murray, was the Prince Charming for Duff’s Cinderella.
Jennifer Coolidge’s portrayal of Duff’s cruel guardian followed her popularity in the early 2000s as Paulette in the Legally Blonde movie and Stifler’s mother in American Pie.
Regina King played Rhonda, Sam’s godmother, who is always concerned about his well-being.
