Jenna Ortega shares her mother’s career-starting Facebook video from 2010! The rest is history

In ‘My Generation,’ the last installment of the NBC News Studios production, which airs on MSNBC on Saturday, October 26 at 9 p.m. ET, Ortega reveals the footage.

The tale of young actress Jenna Ortega is unique.

Ortega, who narrates the last episode of the NBC News Studios documentary series My Generation, which explores everything related to Generation Z, talks about how she got her start.

At the start of the video, a 7-year-old Jenna introduces herself before delivering a theatrical monologue.

“My friends really enjoyed the video that my mom posted to Facebook. The rest is history,” she says, adding that it eventually found its way to a casting agent.

As a Disney child actress, Ortega quickly rose to fame and went on to appear on Jane the Virgin and Stuck in the Middle.

According to Ortega, who became famous at an early age, her family, which includes her parents, Natalie and Edward, as well as her siblings, Isaac, Mariah, Mia, Aliyah, and Markus, “keep my feet on the ground.”

“I adore being able to visit my family and friends who have supported me from the beginning when I return home to the Coachella Valley. “Having them by my side all the time is nice,” she said.

Ortega went on to say that her clan forbids her from avoiding her domestic duties. “They remember to inform me that there are dishes in the sink waiting for me when I get home from the set.”
