In a candid interview with Nikki Glaser, Lopez discussed what she’s learnt about being “good on your own” and the buzz surrounding her upcoming film ‘Unstoppable’.

Jennifer Lopez is sharing out about her personal life. In a new interview with Interview magazine, published Wednesday, Oct. 9, the actor spoke with comic Nikki Glaser on a variety of important issues,

including her upcoming film Unstoppable and what she has learned while navigating a challenging, but ultimately illuminating year. “It’s a lifelong process,” Lopez, 55, said of her constant quest for self-understanding and discovery despite life’s ups and downs during the September 10 interview.

“I guess that’s what I enjoy about life: there’s no end point. If you want to, there is only room for improvement and growth. It’s either growing or dying, and I don’t want to die.”

“And, yes, there are times when I thought I had it figured out, and then life says, ‘Let’s send you another item and see if you fall for it. Let’s test if you actually learned that lesson.

“And I hadn’t,” she added. Regarding her dating life, Lopez, who filed for divorce from Ben Affleck on August 20, said, “Now I’m happy when you say you’re simply going to be on your own.
