You can take care of yourself by eating well, drinking enough of water, and staying hydrated, and then your skincare routine is the icing on the cake.
But the most important aspect of beauty is confidence, and confidence always comes from within – there is no denying that. “Within ourselves, we have everything we require.”
During the same interview, Kristin stated that she is educating her three children to be self-assured.
“If I’ve learned anything this year, it’s that we can all recognise that we’re whole, rather than looking for validation from outside sources,” the Hills alum said. “You really come into your own at that point.”
As a mother, I believe it is crucial for me to raise my children to be confident and to love themselves without being arrogant. I want them to be themselves, to be confident, and to be at ease in their own flesh. All of this is critical, especially in today’s environment.”
Kristin not only discussed her confidence with New Beauty, but she also admitted that she’s not a fan of diets, preferring to “look at what I eat as a lifestyle.” So, how does she keep her amazing beach body?
“I work out four or five times a week, mostly lifting weights, but I also do circuit training to keep my heart rate up,” she revealed. “I’m not a big fan of cardio unless I do it in short bursts, like a minute or two in between lifting weights.”
To be honest, it’s all about consistency.”
Kristin’s strategy is working since followers can’t quit fawning over her bathing suit photos on Instagram.
“Yesterday’s biкini didn’t make for good tan lines, but you should be looking at my body chain anyway,” she captioned a photo taken in the Bahamas in April 2022.
