Like at the Olympics, Stephen Nedoroscik was spotted closing his eyes as he was ready to present at the Emmys!

The pommel horse king made appearances at the awards presentation with Brendan Hunt, Jane Lynch, and Ilona Maher.

When Stephen Nedoroscik gave a presentation at the 2024 Emmy Awards, he exuded composure.

Eyes closed, Nedoroscik was photographed getting ready for his big moment moments before the 25-year-old pommel horse king approached the stage in Los Angeles to deliver the award for outstanding direction of a drama — much like he did before medaling at the 2024 Paris Olympics!

Just before she presented the award with fellow Team USA medalist Ilona Maher, actors Jane Lynch and Brendan Hunt, and gymnast who will compete on this season of Dancing with the Stars, actress and director

Katie Aselton took a picture of the gymnast in his seat.”Spent time with @stephen_nedoroscik just before he took the stage to present an Emmy,” Aselton captioned her photo on Sunday, September 15.

Nedoroscik, who walked the Emmy red carpet with fellow gymnast Tess McCracken, looked to be taking a moment to compose himself before making an appearance. He was dressed in a dapper black suit and bowtie.

The gymnast was seated in the auditorium with his head back, hands clasped, and eyes closed. The scene was similar to the widely shared footage taken right before Nedoroscik’s pommel horse routine in Paris this summer, which won bronze.

During an interview on the Tonight Show on August 15, Nedoroscik discussed his warm-up routine following his medal-winning performance in the event alongside the American men’s gymnastics team.
