On the red carpet of Albies, George Clooney gushes over his wife, Amal! I’m very proud to be in her room
The couple are fresh off of their dazzling red carpet appearance at the Venice Film Festival.
George and Amal Clooney made a glamorous entrance at The Albies.
The power couple looked radiant as they made their way inside the Sept. 26 ceremony in N.Y.C., which was hosted by The Clooney Foundation for Justice, an organization the stars founded in 2016.
George and Amal share with PEOPLE what each other’s support means to one another.
“I would support anything my wife is involved in,” George tells PEOPLE while on the red carpet. “She’s always on the right side of history, and I’m always so proud to be in the same room with her no matter what and this is an event where we get to focus all the attention on the people who don’t get enough attention.”
Amal adds, “He’s an amazing advocate, and it just means so much to me to be able to do this work together and for him to help bring to life some of the stories that we’re telling tonight.”
