Over 1 million is donated by Kenny Chesney to charitable organizations that support youth music programs and animals
The country music icon gave to charity before to his August 23 performance at Gillette Stadium.

Before he even took the stage for his three-night engagement at Gillette Stadium last month, Kenny Chesney made the decision to give back to the state of Massachusetts.
Prior to his debut performance at Foxborough’s football stadium on August 23, the 56-year-old country music icon made significant contributions throughout the state, contributing over $1 million to various philanthropic causes, as reported by Mass Live.

As the publication said, the “Get Along” singer gave money to charities that support young people’s access to music education and animal welfare, as well as the Boston Medical Center and Foxborough Police Department, but it’s unclear how much money was donated in total.
A Chesney representative told Mass Live, “Kenny loves the people who’ve been such a part of the Gillette experience over all these years.”

“This is his way of spreading love and expressing thank you for everything that’s made all these stadium events so amazing. He likes to quietly give back and improve the lives of people. He views it as a gift for other people and is not interested in discussing it.
Chesney gave the police and fire departments $100,000 apiece, according to the site, which cited public documents.
