We’re shake, shake, shaken up! Jenna Ortega honors Lydia Deetz’s style for beetlejuice beetlejuice press!
The actress, wearing a handmade Thom Browne suit that was inspired by the one and only Lydia Deetz, looked flawless in method dressing.

While Jenna Ortega promotes Beetlejuice to the media Beetlejuice is going above and beyond with her technique dressing.
The actress, who plays Lydia Deetz’s daughter Astrid in Winona Ryder’s character in the highly awaited 1988 film sequel, was spotted in New York City on August 19 wearing a handmade Thom Browne outfit that evoked the iconic movie’s last scene.

Ortega wore a plaid skirt that looked just like Deetz’s, two tone Mary Janes, and a jumper with the logo of Deetz’s school (Ryder wore a blazer with nearly identical embellishments in her role).
One noteworthy item she owned was a Handbag for the Recently Deceased, which is not to be confused with the eerie but cherished guidebook.

Before dancing to Harry Belafonte’s “Jump in the Line” in front of a deceased football team, Lydia tells her deceased BFFS Adam (Alec Baldwin) and Barbara (Geena Davis) that she received an A in math but a C in chemistry because she refused to dissect a frog.
The actress, who channeled the movie as well and wore a sculptural teal leather outfit, revealed on the Today show that she was afraid of the Tim Burton movie as a child
