Blake is like the sun! So she boldly puts on the most revealing swimsսits

Taking in the rays! Blake Lively is the epitome of a perfect human being. She’s been in some of our favourite films and TV shows, made the Met Gala entrance of the century, and her glow-up hasn’t stopped.

We can’t help but love her rare biкini images over the years, despite envying her beautiful beauty.

In August 2022, the Gossip Girl alum posted a f(ab)ulous Instagram photo of herself wearing a wrapped t-shirt style two-piece swimsսit. “Summer lovin’… had me a blast,” she wrote with the shot.

Fans had no idea it was a throwback shot, since Blake confirmed her pregnancy with baby No. 4 less than a month later at the Forbes Power Women’s Summit.

The Simple Favour actress uploaded a cute swimsսit selfie with her baby belly the same month.

Fans are curious how the California-turned-New York gal has kept her physique over the years, given that she is always in shape. Don Saladino, her long-time fitness trainer, believes that consistency is essential.

“I think the thing with Blake now is that she’s understanding the importance of trying to be consistent,” the celebrity personal trainer said in February 2022 to E! News. “She’s just like any other person you know, she’s a mother, right?”

She is a living being. Just because she’s famous doesn’t mean her tissue, muscle, or bones are any different. She is a person.”

Blake appeared in the 2016 horror shark film The Shallows and said that exercising for the film was “a nice advantage” in terms of losing baby weight. The actress gave birth to her eldest daughter, James, in December 2014, just ten months before the filming began.

“I’m not like that in real life.” “That’s not me,” she admitted on Live With Kelly and Ryan in 2020. “That was a period of eight weeks in my life.” I’m fortunate to have an incredible trainer, Don Saladino, who just kicked my buttocks.”

During the time, Saladino revealed Blake’s fitness routine, revealing that each day focused on a different body component. “We would do an upper body workout on Monday, and a lower body workout on Tuesday,” he said to People at the time.

“Wednesday was a fun pool workout in which she did laps.” Thursday was upper body, Friday was lower body, and Saturday was all about the accessory movers: arms and shoulders,” he explained, adding that he didn’t overburden her workout routine.

“I told her to listen to her body,” he went on to say. “Get on it when you feel great.” When you’re not feeling well, drop down a gear. And when you’re feeling like garbage, do very little work.”
