How Shania Twain changed into a denim Barbie for the People’s Choice Country Awards look
People’s Choice Country Awards 2024 kicked off at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville Sept. 26. See all the red carpet fashion from country music’s biggest stars.

Giddy up for fashion.
After all, 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards brought out the best and brightest in country music. And with Shania Twain hosting the Sept. 26 ceremony at the iconic Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, you can bet stars were dressed to impress.
In fact, the “That Don’t Impress Me Much” singer set the bar high with a denim halter gown featuring a bedazzled collar and matching gloves that she custom designed with Levi’s.

“I was involved with the sketches and the designs,” Shania exclusively told E! News cohost Keltie Knight on the red carpet. “To me, that’s the joy.”
The 59-year-old—who completed her look with a ’60s-inspired hairdo styled using SexyHair products—added, “It’s not about putting on something that’s amazing, it’s about being part of it.” (For more from her interview, tune into E! News tonight, Sept. 26, at 11 p.m.)

But this year’s competition was just as fierce as the fashion. In fact, the PCCAs added six new voting categories after its 2023 inauguration—including fan selections for Female Song, Male Song, Group/Duo Song, Cover Song, New Artist Song and Storyteller Song.
