Miranda Lambert and her husband Brendan McLoughlin love nothing more than a day at the lake. The couple enjoys soaking in the sun aboard a boat, whether at home in Tennessee or on the road.
Brendan and Miranda cozied up for a sunny day in Lake Tahoe in July of that year, after quietly marrying in January 2019.
“Lake Tahoe,” the “Tin Man” singer captioned a series of Instagram photographs at the time. “A great show and a few really cool days off!” she said, along with the hashtags “lake life” and “road family.”
Miranda and her ex NYPD officer husband decided to travel the road in May 2020, following months of social isolation due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
“When people ask me questions about all the travelling I’ve done, my answer is pretty much the same every time, ‘I’ve been everywhere but I haven’t seen much of anything,'” the ‘Kerosene’ singer wrote in an Instagram caption at the time.
She accompanied this revelation with a photo of the pair posing in front of their new Airstream Globetrotter, dubbed “The Sheriff.”
“After spending these last few months at home,” she continued. “I had an epiphany… Because I can’t travel and play gigs, that doesn’t mean I can’t travel and compose music.”
Their trip was cut short after seeing East Coast cities such as Asheville, North Carolina, and Charleston, South Carolina, when their Airstream was hit by a hit-and-run vehicle.
“We fishtailed pretty good but got on the shoulder as quickly as possible to assess the damage,” she wrote on Instagram in February 2021. “Thank the good Lord, no one was hurt.”
The couple met in November 2018 when the musician appeared on Good Morning America and the former cop was stationed in Times Square, and they spent their third wedding anniversary in the tropics.
“Spent a few days in the sun with my sunshine,” the Texas native wrote in February 2022 on Instagram.
like July 2022, the couple spent several weeks travelling the American West, including breathtaking locations like Utah, Montana, and Wyoming.
Miranda and Brendan went river rafting, lake boating, and other activities where the “Vice” singer could wear her favourite biкini top and Daisy Duke denim shorts.
Whether they’re visiting different lakes around the country on road vacations or celebrating their anniversary in tropical places, the Idyllwind founder loves to sport a biкini – and she looks beautiful doing it!
