It’s that time of year again, when our Instagram feeds are flooded with lavish celebrity vacation photos and snaps from envious trips. Jennifer Aniston takes her summer vacation seriously, visiting Paris, Italy, and unnamed beaches. The actress is relaxing on a beach somewhere and just posted a selfie to prove it.
Aniston shared a photo of herself on a white-sand beach wearing a black biкini, a tan straw hat, and clear square sunglasses on her Instagram on Monday. She smiled softly as she showed off her beach waves that poked out from under her hat. A turquoise ocean appeared calm behind her, and low clouds dotted the blue sky.
She merely used emojis in the message and let the picture speak for itself. “,” she wrote next to the picture.
After a busy couple of years for the actress-turned-hair-icon-and-mogul, she is finally getting some well-earned R&R. She completed filming on the sequel to their popular Netflix movie Murder Mystery earlier this year, and last year she debuted the eagerly awaited Friends reunion,
released season 2 of Apple TV+’s The Morning Show, and introduced her haircare line LolaVie. The celebrity recently revealed that meditation is her key to relaxation.
“Every morning I do some meditation, and occasionally I’ll write a gratitude page. But for me, waking up mindfully each morning is crucial “She spoke. “My daily routine has always included meditation, but it used to be “mediate and work out.”
