In his latest R-rated comedy role, John Cena fully embraces his feminine side, giving audiences a look they’ve never seen before from the former WWE Superstar.
Wearing thigh-high stockings and a short plaid mini skirt, the 45-year-old actor flaunted his incredibly muscular legs on the set of his new project, Ricky Stanicky, in Melbourne, Australia on Thursday.
The actor, who frequently used the catchphrase “you can’t see me,” was in full view in the film, directed by Peter Farrelly (Dumb and Dumber, There’s Something About Mary, and Me, Myself, and Irene).
As he stepped into his trailer on set, he finished his look with a pair of lace-up heeled booties.
The film’s oddball premise revolves around Cena’s character Ricky Stanicky, who is actually the name of an imaginary friend invented and perpetuated by three friends over the course of several years in order to have someone to blame for their misbehavior.
When their partners become suspicious, they are forced to hire a washed-up actor to play Stanicky, who appears to be John Cena in drag.
Earlier in the week, the star wore powder white make-up on his chiseled face, as well as dark black highly arched brows and red lipstick.
He also wore a baggy vest, a button-down striped shirt, and shorts ensemble that concealed his very muscular figure.
He wasn’t alone on the outing, as he walked alongside his stunning wife Shay Shariatzadeh.
The 33-year-old engineer wore a clingy auburn long-sleeved top with blue jeans.
While holding a cup of coffee, she displayed her massive engagement ring and pricey watch.
The couple met in early 2019 and were first seen having a romantic dinner date in her hometown of Vancouver in March 2019, while John was in Canada filming Playing With Fire.
After a whirlwind romance, the couple married in a private ceremony in Tampa, Florida, in 2020.
Cena’s co-star Zac Efron, who co-stars with him in the Peter Farrelly directed film, was not seen on set.
