Irina Shayk puts luxury apartments in Manhattan up for sale
The 38-year-old Russian top model decided to move. Irina Shayk has put up a two-level apartment for sale in New York.
The world catwalk star is preparing to move; her luxury apartment has appeared on the website of a luxury real estate agency. The cost of a townhouse in the prestigious West Village is estimated at $4.2 million.
The brokerage company Broadway Realty is handling the sale of Irina’s living space.
The Sheik apartment has a spacious living room in a modern style and three bedrooms. The duplex is located on the western edge of Manhattan just a block from the Hudson River. The first floor has an area of 2,450 square feet (about 240 square meters).
The lower basement features an entertainment room, bathroom and bedroom with its own walk-in closet. On the second floor there is a spacious hall, another bathroom, home office, living room, kitchen, dining room.
There is also a master bedroom with a separate bathroom and dressing room and a children’s room. Full-length windows face southwest.
“The condominium is fully equipped with wired lighting, security systems and electric blinds.
Other amenities include a movie theater with projector and screen, and a smart shower system that allows you to set your desired water temperature and lighting,” Broadway Realty Managing Director Elliot Bogod said.
The kitchen was designed by fashionable New York designer Laura Kirard and features state-of-the-art custom appliances. The living room has a voice activated sound system and a smart thermostat.
